1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic: We ship within India.
  • International: International shipping will be available soon.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within [2-3 business days] of being placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer various shipping methods based on your location and urgency. Delivery times are estimated and depend on the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Shipping:

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact the delivery timeframe.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight/size of the items you order. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 500 within India.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: If applicable, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied to your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the link to track your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@canecorsoapparels.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and in some cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we may contact you to request a physical address. 

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we are only able to ship orders to one address per order. If you wish to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@canecorsoapparels.com.
