1. Refund Policy

At Cane Corso, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund under the following terms:

  • Eligibility for Refund:

    • You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the product or service must be unused, in the original condition, and within the 7-day period.
    • A Video of Unboxing the product is mandatory, without a video we cannot Refund
    • Only Manufacturing Damages can be exchanged
  • Refund Process:

    1. Please contact our support team at info@canecosoapparels.com to initiate a refund request.
    2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund.
    3. After we review your request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Services that have been used or activated.
    • Any products purchased on sale or using promotional offers.
    • No Refunds or exchange for not liking the product,color,size.
    • We reserve the right to refund or not.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order or subscription, please follow the steps below: 

  • For Orders:

    • If your order has not yet been shipped or processed, you may be eligible for cancellation.
    • Contact our customer support team at info@canecorsoapparels.com as soon as possible with your order number to request cancellation.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Exceptions and Limitations

While we strive to provide the best service, please note the following exceptions:

  • Refunds are not provided for product that has been used.
  • Any service cancellations or refunds requested after the 5-day period may not be processed.
